The case and wrist rest are made of organic wood therefore it is a normal phenomenon if there exists a small gouge, stripe streaks, or slight color differences.
Due to the potential for uncontrolled deformation of thew ooden shell from local temperature and humidity changes over time, each set comes with foot pads of three different heights. If you notice a slight wobble, please feel free to replace the foot pads yourself. This issue does not fall under warranty
